A Corbin woman driving on US 25 allegedly crossed the centerline striking two vehicles on Monday night which led to the three drivers being taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries.
Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Robert Reed is investigating the three-vehicle injury traffic crash which occurred on US 25, approximately four miles south of London. It occurred at approximately 9:35 p.m.
The investigating deputy reports that apparently a blue colored Hyundai Sonata driven by 20-year-old Hannah Brown of Corbin was traveling northbound on US 25 when it crossed the centerline striking a southbound blue colored Toyota Camry driven by Janice Kilker, 70, of Corbin.
That caused the Camry to spin around traveling into a ditch to a rest position.
The Hyundai Sonata then struck a southbound white colored Chrysler 200 series driven by Logan Gentry, 18, of London in the front driver’s side. All three vehicles received major damage.
All three drivers were transported by Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County to St. Joseph Hospital London for treatment of injuries.
Two 17-year-old males who were passengers were reportedly uninjured.
Assisting at the scene of the crash was Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County, Lily Volunteer Fire Department, and London Laurel rescue squad.
