Golden Alert issued

CORBIN — Whitley County Sheriff’s Department has issued a Golden Alert for a Corbin couple, Homer Martin, age 80, and his wife Jeanette Martin, age 77.

The couple was last seen at 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, at their home on Black Diamond Road in Corbin.

Homer Martin is 6 foot 2 inches, weighs 240 pounds, has white hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and khaki shorts.

Jeanette Martin is 5 foot 4 inches, weighs 125 pounds, has white hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black skirt with a flower design and a black blouse with red poka dots. She has a scar on her abdomen.

The couple drives a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country dark blue van with Kentucky tags 447JHX.

The couple requires daily medication.
