CORBIN — London enjoyed its Fourth of July Red, White & Boom celebration Friday evening.
Body and Soul, a 70s tribute band, provided the crowd with some musical entertainment for the night. Also on the big stage was the folk-rock band Kites and a karaoke contest.
Inflatables, air brushed tattoos, a petting zoo, balloon animals and a trackless train ride were also among the free activities at Friday’s event.
Red, White & Boom was sponsored by Mayor Troy Rudder and the London City Council. Laurel County Judge Executive David Westerfield and the Laurel County Fiscal Court sponsored the inflatables and the stage for the night.
