A Corbin man was shot Wednesday afternoon at a residence off the Cumberland Falls Highway.
The shooting occurred around 4:10 p.m.at a mobile home in the Gulf Trailer Park.
Police are looking for his son, who has been named as a person of interest in the shooting.
Corbin Police confirmed William Taylor, 56 was the shooting victim. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital, where his condition is unknown at this time.
Witnesses at the scene told police that his son, Eric Taylor, was the shooter.
Maj. Rob Jones confirmed that Eric Taylor is a person of interest.
It was reported his son left the scene in a white Jeep Wrangler, possibly headed to Flat Lick in Knox County, where he has family.
