Festivities begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 4, at the Amphitheater behind the Barbourville Water Park. Includes car show and live music. Fireworks begin at 9:45 p.m. or dusk.

Corbin

Independence Day Block Party Tuesday, July 3, from 4-9 p.m. at Nibroc Park. The City of Corbin’s annual fireworks display was cancelled due to dry weather conditions. They were scheduled for sunset.

Williamsburg

Festivities begin with a parade downtown at 11 a.m. Wednesday. Cornhole tournament sign up at 3 p.m. Picnic in the Park (Kentucky Splash) begins at 7 p.m. Includes hotdog eating contest, duck race. Fireworks at dark. Call 549-6065.
