HARLAN — The Lynn Camp Lady Wildcats won their second straight match, knocking off Harlan on the road, 2-1 (25-20 and 25-17).

The Lady Wildcats picked up the first set with a 25-20 win and sealed the win with a 25-17 win in the second set.

After the win, Lynn Camp coach Cody Dixon said he was pleased with his team’s effort on the road, as well as the fact the Lady Wildcats picked up their 10th win of the season.

“This was a great win for our girls tonight, getting us to 10 wins this season,” Dixon said. “We still have room for a lot of improvement, but I’m proud of how they keep playing and winning.

“It may not be pretty at times, but we get the job done,” he added.

Lynn Camp improved to 10-4 on the season and will be back in action today when it travels to Barbourville for a district showdown against the Lady Tigers at 5:30 p.m.
