CORBIN — Jaguars look to keep Eagles' top college recruit off the field

The North Laurel Jaguars are in familiar territory this week against Madison Southern, but just how the Eagles’ running game compares to what they’ve seen so far remains to be seen.

Yellow Jackets ready for a battle at Berea

With a 6-1 record, the Williamsburg Yellow Jackets will be heavily favored when they travel to Berea to take on the Pirates this Friday.

Wildcats paying a visit to 1-6 Campbellsville

The Lynn Camp Wildcats are coming off their biggest win of the season last week over Berea to begin district play with a 1-0 record, but this week brings a whole new test to Phil Russell and company.

Knox not looking past Rockcastle County

The Knox Central Panthers have had the best season in the school’s history, totaling a 7-0 record and ranking fifth in the state in Class 4A. Despite their success this season, the Panthers know they cannot overlook this week’s opponent in the Rockcastle County Rockets.

Whitley takes four-game win streak on the road against Harlan County

The Whitley County Colonels (5-2, 1-0) are one of the hottest teams in the Tri-County, riding a four-game win streak after last week’s 47-28 district win over Perry County Central.
