Fastpitch District Tournaments begin today at No. Laurel

CORBIN — By Les Dixon / Sports Editor

Little League All-Star action begins today with the girls 9-10 year-old and 11-12 year-old divisions being played at the North Laurel Little League Complex.

District Minor League Girls

At North Laurel Little League Complex

North Laurel and Hazard will start things off Monday at 8 p.m. against Hazard.

 Corbin and Pulaski County will play Tuesday at 4 p.m. and face-off against the winner of South London and Tri-City.

The championship game is scheduled to be played on July 2 at 7 p.m.

District Little League Girls

At North Laurel Little League Complex

Hazard and Corbin will play each other at 2 p.m. Saturday with the winner moving on to play Tri-City Sunday at 2 p.m. North Laurel and South London is scheduled to play Saturday at 4 p.m. with the winner moving on to play Knox County Sunday at 4 p.m. Clay County and Pulaski County are scheduled to play Saturday at 6 p.m.
