LYNN CAMP — Cody Dixon’s Lynn Camp Lady Wildcats improved to a perfect 2-0 on the season after upending Kentucky School for the Deaf, 25-16, 25-2.

“We are now 2-0 on the season,” Dixon said. “I feel good with how we are progressing as a team.”

Lynn Camp managed to jump on K.S.D. thanks to solid play from Jessica May.

“I am extremely proud of how our team, and particularly Jessica May (six aces and five kills), responded in the second set after a rough start, she really stepped it up,” he added. “Destiny Hill also played a good game for us.”

Lynn Camp will be back in action Saturday while participating in the Berea Lady Pirates Invitational.

“We play four matches this Saturday,” Dixon said. “We open up against Madison Southern. This weekend will be a good test for us. I am excited to see how our girls will respond.”
