Williamsburg falls to Corbin

CORBIN — The Williamsburg Lady Yellow Jacket tennis team dropped their season-opener against Corbin, losing in match play 9-0.

Williamsburg lost three players off last year’s team and returns a young group of talented players this season.

No. 2 Kaitlyn Taylor Emma McGraw (CO), 8-2

No. 3 Jena Shaw (W) lost to Cassidy Green (CO), 8-2   

No. 4 Tess Perkins (W) lost to Casie McBurney  (CO), 8-2

No. 5 Hannah Thoms (W) lost to Emily Morton (CO), 8-1

No. 6 Hannah Byrd (W) lost to Samantha Spade (CO), 8-0

Doubles
