The Corbin Redhounds finished the day in first place in total combined team scoring with 278 points. Each of Corbin's boys and girls teams finished the afternoon with a third place ranking.

Corbin coach Kyle Yeager said he was pleased with his team's effort afterward.

“As a first year program we are going up against some very tough schools," Yeager said. “A lot of these schools have swam in state or have come close to winning the state," “Whereas we, as a first year team, are holding up well, we've had several swimmers actually finish in the top 10 of their events," he added.

The next regional swim meet will be held on February 14th-15th at the Stivers Aquatic and Wellness Center.
