Corbin schools announce 2008-09 bus routes

Corbin Independent Schools would like for parents and students to be aware of changes in routes and buses for this school year.

With the addition of Corbin Primary School on Fifth Street, the district is anticipating the increase of approximately 15 minutes added to each route both morning and afternoon.

Please review even if you rode a bus last year.

The following initials will be used in the route descriptions:

CES — Corbin Elementary School (third- and fourth-grades) was Central Elementary LYR.

CIS — Corbin Intermediate School (fifth- and sixth-grades) was South Elementary LYR.

CMS — Corbin Middle School (seventh- and eight-grades)

CPS — Corbin Primary School on Fifth Street (K-2nd Grades)

Bus 852 was 146 LYR — CES, CIS and CMS Area – 15th St, 16th St, 17th St, Madison St, McKinley, Phillips Ln, 7th St, 8th St, Kentucky, Main St, Culver, Roosevelt St, Adams.
