Henrietta Cox McFarland, 79, of Corbin, died Monday, Oct. 22, 2012, at Baptist Regional Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late William Add and Martha Ellen Brummet Cox, born Sept. 27, 1933, in Leslie County. She was a housewife and a homemaker and of the Christian faith.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Add Cox; mother, Martha Ellem Brummet Cox; son, William Stanley McFarland; and a grandchild.
She is survived by her husband, Cornelius McFarland, of Corbin; sons, Frankie Lee McFarland (Patty), of Tennessee; Terry Wayne McFarland (Kim), of Spring City, Tenn., and Cornelius William McFarland Jr., of Corbin; daughters, Mona Lisa McFarland Guillermo, of Sweetwater, Tenn., and Sandra Lou Tuffs (Charles), of Sweetwater, Tenn.; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at Corbin Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be private.
Pallbearers will be grandchildren.
The family of Henrietta Cox McFarland will receive friends Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, from 10-11 a.m. at the Corbin Funeral Home.
