Richard Kyle Blakley, of Lydia Haun Road, Williamsburg, departed this life on Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2013, at the Jellico Community Hospital in Jellico Tenn. due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was 27 years and 6 months of age. He was born on Feb. 20, 1986, in Whitley County. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rich Blakley and Sarah Nannie Blakley; three uncles, Bill Blakley, Jesse (Buck) Blakley and JB Blakley; and an aunt, Evelyn Sharp.
He is survived by his parents, Charles and Shirley Blakley, of Williamsburg; his sister, Charlisa Nicole Blakley, of Williamsburg; his niece, Abigail; his grandparents, Charles and Mark Oaks, of Loveland, Ohio; special friend, Donna; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23, 2013, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Billy Carpenter officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Lawson-Blakley Cemetery in Williamsburg.
