Willene F. “Billie” VanOver, 48, of Goose Creek, S.C., wife of Thomas Allen Cox Jr., died June 24, 2013.

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 29, 2013, in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road, North Charleston, S.C. The family will receive friends Saturday at Stuhr’s Northwoods Chapel one hour prior to the service.

Billie was born Sept. 12, 1964, in Fort Benning, Ga. She held a B.S. Degree in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University and was a retired Registered Nurse in Home Health Care.

She is survived by her husband of 22 years; son, T.J Cox, of Goose Creek, S.C.; her parents, William F. and Gerri VanOver, of Williamsburg; sisters, Marti Wilson and Dyan Fairbanks, both of Williamsburg; Janet Parmen and Peggy Woods, both of Corbin; and Sarah Cupp, of Indianapolis, Ind.; brothers, Mark VanOver, of Williamsburg, and William VanOver, of Winchester, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family requests memorials be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 81 Gadsden St, Charleston, SC 29401.
