J.T. Enlow


J.T. Enlow, age 89, of Corbin, passed away Monday evening Nov. 12, 2012, at Baptist Regional Medical Center. He was born Aug. 24, 1923, in New Haven, to the late Thomas Franklin and Maud May Barnes Enlow. He was an ordained Deacon in the Baptist Church.

He was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church of Corbin.

He is survived by two children, Barry Enlow (Carol), of Jacksboro, Tenn., and Lana Enlow Smith, of Corbin; four grandchildren, Kim Hoover, of Louisville, Karen Lenhart (Tony), of Prospect, Richard Smith (Christina), of Florence, and Laura Sarmiento (Jason), of Sevierville, Tenn.; and one sister Sudie Lloyd, of Shepherdsville.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at O’Neil-Lawson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Allen Bonnell officiating.

Interment will be in the McFarland Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until 2 p.m. Saturday at the O’Neil-Lawson Funeral Home Chapel.

The O’Neil-Lawson Funeral Home is in charge of these arrangements.
