Eloise Mayne

CORBIN — Eloise Mayne, age 77, of Williamsburg, died Tuesday June 18, 2013, at the Life Care Center of Hixson in Hixson, Tenn. She was born Jan. 20, 1936, in Whitley County, to the late William Meadows and the late Myrtle Wilson Meadows. She was a member of Clearfork Baptist Church. She was a also a member of Venus Chapter #179 Order of the Eastern Star located in Williamsburg.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlos Mayne, and one brother, Willis Meadows.

She is survived by her daughters, Elaine Braden and Sherry Buhl, both of Hixson, Tenn.; four grandchildren, Adrienne Messer (Chris), Brandon Buhl, Ryan Buhl and Kristen Buhl; three great-grandchildren, Brianna Messer, Gabriella Messer and Caleb Messer; one sister, Audrey Mays (Arvil), of Williamsburg; one brother, Preston Meadows, of Spartanburg, S.C.; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral services will be at 8 p.m. Friday, June 21, 2013 at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Horace Partin officiating. Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 22, 2013 at the Ryans Cemetery in Williamsburg.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until the funeral hour on Friday, June 21, 2013 at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel
