Barbara Bullis

CORBIN — Barbara Ann King Bullis, of Williamsburg, departed this life on Monday, Jan. 13, 2014, at Baptist Health Corbin. She was 66 years of age. She was born on Aug. 10, 1947, in Siler, to the late Granville and Ethel King. She had three sisters, seven brothers and several nieces and nephews.

Barbara held a strong faith in God, even when her illness tempted her sanity, she kept her belief. She took pride in her grandkids, they were her everything. She touched many lives and she will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Raymond L. Bullis, of Williamsburg; five beloved children, Danny Bullis and his wife Amanda, Ray Bullis and his late wife, Deana, Lisa Bullis Mills and her husband Ricky, Kimberly Bullis Jones and her late husband, Samuel and the late Timothy Bullis; 12 grandchildren, Kayla Canada and her husband Brent, Miranda Bullis and her fiancé Sam, Brandon Bullis, Marissa Bullis, Kayla Bullis, Taylor Jones, Makenna Jones, Danny Bullis Jr., Destiny Goines, Dennis Poe, Dustin Smith and Jamie Peters; five great-grandchildren, Brentlee, Abigail, Daniel, Makenzie and Colby; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, 2014, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 17, 2014, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Herbie King officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Lawson Cemetery on Seng Branch in Williamsburg.
