CORBIN — Gwen Maria Bennett of Blvd. of Champions, Williamsburg, Kentucky departed this life on Friday, January 24, 2014 at her home in Williamsburg, Kentucky. She was 36 years, 5 months and 3 days of age. She was born on August 21, 1977 in Whitley County, Kentucky to Ronald Arden Bennett and Sandra Faye Bennett. She was also preceded in death by her grandmother, Grace Bennett Brock.

She is survived by her mother, Sandra Bennett of Williamsburg, Kentucky; father, Ronald Bennett of Williamsburg, Kentucky; four sisters, Geri Johnson (Ronnie) of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Jeanea Fishback of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Tammy Christie of Goshen, Ohio, and Jae Ann Terrell of Williamsburg, Kentucky; two special nephews, Hayden Blake Gambrell and Brenton Isaiah Gambrell; special friend, Danielle Bundy of Williamsburg, Kentucky; grandmother, Shirley Cox (Bob) of Williamsburg, Kentucky; several aunt and uncles;, and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Visitation will be after 5:00 P.M. on Monday, January 27, 2014 at Croley Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 28, 2014 the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Carpenter officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Wolf Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Williamsburg, Kentucky.
