CORBIN — By John L. Ross, Staff Writer

A second man wanted by the Laurel County Sheriff’s Department has been arrested.

Tab McGhee, 38, of East Bernstadt, was arrested Saturday and remains jailed at the Laurel County Detention Center under a $10,000 cash bond.

Tab McGhee and a second man, Jeffrey McGhee, 48, were indicted Dec. 21 in Laurel County Circuit Court.

The four-count indictment has both McGhees facing charges stemming from a fight Sept. 30.

Count Two indicts Jeffrey McGhee on first-degree wanton endangerment after allegedly attempting to run over one of the victims, Theron Rider, with a truck.

Count Three indicts Jeffrey McGhee on fourth-degree assault by allegedly hitting the second victim, Jamie Rider, with his fists, causing injury.

The fourth count indicts Tab McGhee on fourth-degree assault after allegedly hitting Theron Rider with a flashlight in the back of the head, causing injury.

Both men are scheduled to appear in court Jan. 18.
