CSX Railroad has advised that the railroad crossing at U.S. 25E milepoint 11, just north of Barbourville, will be subject to lane diversions and lane closures Tuesday and Wednesday to allow for repairs, according to a courtesy release from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
The four-lane highway will be reduced to two lanes for the duration of this project. On Tuesday, northbound traffic will be diverted to share the southbound side. On Wednesday, southbound traffic will be diverted to share the northbound side.
