One of the persons wanted in last week’s Corbin drug roundup has turned herself in.
Shelly Jones, 46, of Standard Avenue in Corbin was charged with three counts of first-degree trafficking in controlled substances in Knox County, and one count of first-degree trafficking in controlled substances in Whitley County.
She was jailed in the Knox County Detention Center in Barbourville.
Jones contacted authorities Monday, according to Maj. Rob Jones of the Corbin Police Department.
She called Lt. Jason Moore, saying she was at her residence on Standard Avenue and would be waiting on officers to come arrest her on the the four warrants.
Moore was able to pick up Jones, made the arrest and transported her to the jail in Barbourville without incident.
