Laurel County indictments were handed down Friday. A partial list of those indicted appeared in Monday’s edition of the Times-Tribune. Following are the remaining indictments.

— Daniel Troi Taylor, 51, of Cincinnati, Ohio, was indicted for first-degree bail jumping after allegedly failing to appear in Laurel Circuit Court on felony charges pursuant to the terms of a bail bond. According to JailTracker records, Taylor was arrested by the London Police Department in November 2011 for two charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, specifically, heroin and cocaine. He was released on 10 percent of a $10,000 cash bond Dec. 5, 2012.

— David Combs, 25, of London, was indicted for his first offense of manufacturing methamphetamine when he was allegedly found in possession of chemicals and/or equipment used to make meth on Dec. 3, 2012. There are no JailTracker records indicating he has been arrested or booked on these charges.

— Ian Mounts, 36, of London, who is already serving a sentence for unrelated charges, was indicted Friday on a two-count indictment for charges incurred June 3. The first count indicts him for theft by unlawful taking property valued at more than $500 but less than $10,000 after allegedly taking a 19-foot black angle iron trailer from a male victim. The second count indicts him for being a first-degree persistent felony offender after two previous convictions in Laurel Circuit Court. The first conviction came in June 2001 when he was sentenced to one year for theft by unlawful taking. The second conviction came in March when he was sentenced to two years probated for three years for his second offense of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and first-degree fleeing or evading police. Mounts remains jailed in the Laurel County Correctional Center.

— Kayla R. Hall, 20, of London, received a six-count indictment in Laurel County Circuit Court Friday for charges incurred July 23. The first two counts indict her for two separate charges of first-degree wanton endangerment after allegedly operating a motor vehicle and crashing it while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, creating the risk of death or injury to two separate male victims. The third count indicts her again for first-degree wanton endangerment after allegedly engaging in conduct that created a danger of death or injury to motorist using the public highway. The fourth and fifth counts indict her for two separate charges of second-degree assault, again after allegedly operating a motor vehicle and crashing it while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, creating the risk of death or injury to those same two separate male victims. The sixth count indicts her for her first offense of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants. There are no JailTracker records of Hall’s arrest on these charges.
