Sheriff John Root said Jeffery Sasser, 48, of Lily, was captured late afternoon Tuesday.

Corbin man appears in court for burglary

John Rose, 42, represented by Attorney Michael Brophy, faces charges of second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, and theft by unlawful taking, $10,000 or more.
