Elderly woman found after Golden alert issued

CORBIN — Times-Tribune Staff Report

An elderly Corbin woman was found with minor injuries after a four hour search was conducted in the area by multiple agencies, according to Corbin Police Department's Major Rob Jones.

A golden alert was issued after an 86-year-old Corbin woman went missing from her Engineer Street home around 6:30 Monday evening. She was found around 4 hours later, sitting on the porch of a residence on Florence Avenue.
