W’burg mayor: last chance to pay taxes before names published

By John L. Ross / Staff Writer

Residents of the city of Williamsburg — have your taxes been paid?

If not, Williamsburg Mayor Roddy Harrison says there’s just one week left before delinquent taxpayers’ names are made public.

“They have one week,” Harrison said. “We sent out notices two times (for these delinquent taxes).”

Harrison said those making the deadline will be removed from the list, but time is running out. He said the list of delinquent taxpayer names will be made public Wednesday, April 17.
