CORBIN — A Corbin man accused of killing Ryan Abner has been found guilty.

A jury of seven men and five women found William “Bill” Cox, 56, guilty of first-degree manslaughter under extreme disturbance and two counts of wanton endangerment.

Cox was charged with murder and two first-degree wanton endangerment charges after he shot and killed Abner, 21, in August 2012.

A jury was seated Tuesday and Wednesday saw the first testimony in the trial.
