The Laurel County Circuit Court Grand Jury handed down indictments Friday. The first portion of the list of those indicted appeared in Monday’s edition. Following are the remaining indictments:

— Louie Smith, 30, of London, was handed a two-count indictment charging him with sexually-related crimes with a child under age 12, including first-degree sodomy. These crimes are alleged to have occurred in May 2006.

— Harold Joseph Couch, 36, of Lily, was named on a two-count indictment for offenses allegedly incurred during the month of September 2012. Both counts charge Couch with first-degree sexual abuse against a minor.

— James Phillip Creech, 36, of Corbin, was indicted for first-degree bail jumping after failing to appear April 22 in circuit court on felony charges pursuant to the terms of his bond.

— Kenneth W. Morgan, 41, of London, was handed a five-count indictment Friday for offenses allegedly incurred April 15. The first count indicts him for his fifth offense of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, as he was previously convicted four times for that offense.

The second count indicts Morgan for first-degree fleeing or evading the police by allegedly failing to “obey signals of Sgt. Steve Walker to stop a vehicle driven by the defendant in an attempt to elude law enforcement officials …while under the influence of intoxicants.”

The third count indicts him for allegedly speeding 20 miles an hour over the posted speed limit.

The fourth count indicts him for his second offense of driving a motor vehicle while license is revoked or suspended for driving under the influence.

The fifth count charges him with failure to give a turn signal. He remains jailed in the Laurel County Correctional Center under a $5,000 cash bond.
