A pair of Laurel County men and a Knox County man were arrested in two separate investigations over the weekend.
According to Laurel County Sheriff John Root, the two incidents were unrelated.
The first happened last Saturday night when Deputy Milton Storm investigated a complaint of an intoxicated man at Walmart in North Corbin. At 9:44 p.m., Storm arrested Stephen A. Campbell, 29, of Hinkle, inside the store.
Campbell was charged with public intoxication-controlled substances and possessing a license when privileges are revoked.
The second came last Sunday afternoon. Storm was investigating a complaint of a fight at a residence on Fire Station Road, two miles north of London. At 5:25 p.m., he arrested Jeffery H. Quinlan, 46, of Fire Station Road in East Bernstadt, and Brian L. Quinlan, 25, of Falls Street in London.
Both men were charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. Jeffery Quinlan was also charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
Both Brian Quinlan and Jeffery Quinlan were jailed in the Laurel County Detention Facility in London.
