A London man accused of terroristic threatening and wanton endangerment pleaded guilty to wanton endangerment Monday morning, with his other charges to be dismissed at his sentencing, according to court documents.
Anthony Highley, 46, entered a plea agreement in which the commonwealth recommended a sentence of five years, to be probated for a period of five years, on the condition that Highley have no contact with the woman he threatened or her family.
The second count of first-degree wanton endangerment and the count of third-degree terroristic threatening are to be dismissed at sentencing.
In December 2012, Highley engaged in conduct which created a danger of death or serious injury to a woman. Highley had another charge for engaging in conduct which created a danger of death or serious injury to an unnamed party. The third count indicted him for allegedly threatening to kill or injure that same victim.
Highley’s next court date is 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 24.
