46 indicted by Laurel grand jury

Laurel’s grand jury this month has charged 46 individuals with 119 counts in 36 indictments.
Tyler Gross was indicted on seven charges, including one count of first-degree rape, first-degree attempted sodomy, two counts of kidnapping, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree burglary and first-degree robbery.
Gross, 22, of Waterworks Road, London, allegedly committed the crimes on Oct. 20 at a home also on Waterworks Road.
State police reported that sometime about 2 a.m. they were called to the home where “an adult resident of the home” had reportedly been assaulted.
The police report indicated that Gross had come through a window into the home and taken several items from the house including jewelry.
Gross was also charged upon arrest with probation violation and reportedly had a history of burglary and theft charges.
John Peters, 33, of Dan Bowling Road, London, who recently stipulated in federal court that there is probable cause for him to answer to pending federal charges, was indicted on state charges in Laurel County.
That indictment charges him on seven counts. It indicates on around Aug. 31, he committed first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated, driving on a suspended license, disregarding a stop sign, possessing marijuana and being a persistent felony offender (PFO).
Jason Dunaway, 31, and Regina Pennington, 31, both of London, were charged with four counts of fourth-degree controlled substance endangerment of a child, making methamphetamine, cultivating less than five marijuana plants, possessing marijuana, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia.
In other indictments: David Damron, 49, no address given, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, carrying a concealed deadly weapon (a knife), driving under the influence and having an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.
Timothy Sizemore, 28, of Manchester, second-degree and fourth-degree assault.
Jason Burkhart (aka Sizemore), 26, of East Bernstadt, fleeing or evading police, making meth, driving under the influence, operating an all-terrain vehicle on the roadway and second degree PFO.
Joshua Hatfield, 25, of Corbin, first-degree wanton endangerment and driving under the influence.
Rocky Westerfield, 48, of London, driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license and disregarding a stop sign.
Chad McMullin, 38, of London, first-degree fleeing or evading police, driving on a suspended license and first degree PFO.
Gareth Brock, 28, of Corbin, driving under the influence and failing to wear a seat belt.
Kimberly Messer, 23, Todd Messer, 19, and Laurie Vanderploeg, 28, all of London, theft of mail matter, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and theft of identity.
Christopher Gibson, 28, of East Bernstadt, six counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and six counts of theft by deception One count of theft of between $500 and $10,000 and six counts of less than $500.
Hubert Fritts, 48, of Williamsburg, theft by unlawful taking of $300 or more and first-degree PFO.
Jonathan Brumagen, 18, theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $10,000.
Thomas Dooley, 38, theft by deception between $500 and $10,000, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and first degree PFO.
Brenda Gay Williams, 30, of Harper Riley, W.VA., theft by unlawful taking over $300.
Derrick Miller, 42, of Lexington, theft by deception between $500 and $10,000.
Sherrie Combs (aka Rainwater and Miller), 41, of Barbourville, two counts theft by deception $300 or more and $300 or less.
Jamie Ogg, 30, of Lily, third-degree burglary and unlawful taking between $500 and $10,000.
Christopher Hart, (age unknown), Michael Rednour, 21, and Tony Rednour, 27, all of Corbin, second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking $500 to $10,000, third-degree criminal mischief and Michael Rednour, second degree PFO.
Ricky Allen, 50, of London, first-degree criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking less than $500 and first-degree PFO.
Robert Kemp, 39, of London, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, two counts.
James D. Miller II, 28, of Corbin, two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
Nehemiah McGee, 27, of East Bernstadt, first-degree possessing a controlled substance, driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license and failing to wear a seat belt.
Jason Simpson, 27, and Robin Zelenka, 27, both of Corbin, together first-degree possessing a controlled substance. She two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance.
Hollie Adkins, 21, and Christopher Blackwell, 32, of London and Melissa Fee (aka Daiarki), 27, Barbourville, making methamphetamine.
Tony Petrey, 27, of London, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, failure to illuminate headlights, driving under the influence and second degree PFO.
James Steele, Jr., 40, and Robin Barnes (aka Salisbury and Steele) 42, of London, first-degree possessing a controlled substance, possessing marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia.
David Roark, 48, of East Bernstadt, first- and second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, resisting arrest, giving a police officer a false name or address, carrying a concealed deadly weapon (a knife) and violating an emergency protective/domestic violence order.
Retina Robinson, 32, of London, first-degree possessing a controlled substance, driving under the influence and having a license plate not illuminated.
Harold Gaines, 25, of East Bernstadt, first degree possessing a controlled substance, theft of identity, driving under the influence and failing to wear a set belt.
Jinna Moore, 20, Nicholas Whitman, 23, and Perry Valentour, 18, of London, Whitman, making methamphetamine and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; Moore and Valentour first-degree possessing methamphetamine precursors.
Karen Lynn Feltner, 37, of Buckhorn, flagrant non support.
Warren McKiddy, 39, of Williamsburg, flagrant non support and second-degree PFO.
Christopher Elkins, 28, of East Bernstadt, flagrant non support.
Charles Pospisil, 60, failure to comply with sex offender registration.
