London woman arrested for drug trafficking

Times-Tribune Staff Report

A London woman was arrested Tuesday by members of the London Police Department and charged with trafficking in controlled substances.

Det. Jimmy Phelps and Lt. Stewart Walker arrested Brooklynne Swanner, 26, of John Deere Trail, and charged her with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methadone) and second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts, hydrocodone).

Swanner was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center following her arrest.

The investigation into the illegal trafficking in controlled substances is continuing and anyone with information is encouraged to contact the London Police Department at (606) 878-7004.
