The Laurel County Republican Party launched a new Web site Monday encouraging Republican voters to become more involved in the local party and turnout for the Primary on May 20.
“The Laurel Republican Party recognizes the role of the Internet in 21st Century politics,” said Laurel County Republican Chairman Bryan Mills. “We live in the Google, MySpace and Facebook generation. We need to have a presence on the web to attract new Republicans and let the established Republicans easily find out what is going on with their local party.”
The Web site at www.laurelcountyrepublicanparty.com provides details about local party structure and leaders, information about how to get involved and receive e-mail updates, how to register to vote and postings about Laurel County Republican Party announcements and events.
Those interested in being involved in the Laurel County Republican Party can also contact Chairman Bryan Mills at 606-215-9161 or e-mail bryanmills@new
