A cause of death has been determined for the man who died Wednesday afternoon while fishing at the Laurel Lake spillway.
Laurel County Coroner Doug Bowling said Herman Feltner, Sr., 70, of Hazard, died as the result of a cardiac arrest. An autopsy is not planned.
