Knox Chamber of Commerce seeks luncheon sponsors

— During the June 24 business meeting of the Knox County Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber decided to ask our members to sponsor the monthly lunch meetings. Members will continue to pay for their lunch at each meeting, but as a method of raising additional funds for the Chamber, we would also like to have a different Chamber member each month sponsor a meeting.
This sponsorship will provide a much-needed monthly income for the Chamber that can be used toward the payment of monthly bills, and can also be used to provide new benefits and events for our members and our community.
Sponsorship Highlights
As a meeting sponsor, you will be entitled to the following benefits during your meeting:
• a banner from your business may be displayed during the meeting
• exclusive rights to tables and walls for your company’s information
•10 minutes will be provided at the end of the meeting to talk about your business
• your company name/logo will be displayed on the Chamber Web site as “This Month’s Sponsor”
Contact the Chamber office at 546-4300 or e-mail chamber@barbourville.com to be scheduled as the sponsor of an upcoming 2008 or 2009 meeting of your choice. Sponsors will be scheduled for the month of their choice, unless that month has already been chosen by a sponsor.
