Angel Food Ministry needs donations for Christmas project

The Angel Food Ministry has now been in operation at Dorthae Pentecostal Church for a year. Each month we help families with their grocery bills by selling boxes of food for $30, each box containing approximately $70 worth of food.

This year for Christmas, it is our desire to purchase boxes of food for the underprivileged families unable to afford the food. This will be for the Tri-County area of Corbin, covering West Knox, South Laurel and Whitley counties.

In order to do this, we will need donations covering the boxes of food. Our goal is to purchase approximately 600 boxes to distribute to the needy people of the three mentioned counties.

Any organizational or personal contributions will be welcome.
