Red Bud Festival a huge success, thanks to community

— 狢 attended the Red Bud Festival for the first time this year. I was invited with around 25 other authors for the book signing. I just want to say the superb hospitality was unsurpassed. I was treated very well when I first pulled into the parking lot. The help and attention to detail in assisting us was wonderful. The staff, authors, vendors and others who worked behind the scenes welcomed everyone that I saw during the day.
I was amazed at the activities that developed during the event. I will surely attend next year. Our community is richly blessed with all who planned, worked, helped, suggested and made the event a huge success. I had a record number of sales and now I have, thanks to the exposure, a best seller book to add to my published works.
Since the event I am receiving e-mails and phone calls concerning my books on local history. Together we can put the city of Barbourville and the county of Knox on the map. Union College has a warm friendly at-home type atmosphere that is second to none. God bless you all and keep doing what you are and we will be blessed further than our expectations.
